Caumont-sur-Durance

Caumont-sur-Durance

is a small town rich in heritage, located 15 minutes from Les Airis holiday home (40 minutes by bike).

We particularly like the ornamental garden of the Roman villa which has a monumental basin, the largest ornamental basin from the Augustan period ever found to date.

We also strongly recommend climbing the hill at the foot of which the city is built. This offers an exceptional view of the Durance and the surrounding mountain ranges, namely the Alpilles, the Luberon, Mont Vaucluse and Mont Ventoux.
